6. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in the individual Service Agreement or invoice.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Service Agreement.
• Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in the project agreement.
• Appziac LLP reserves the right to suspend work on any project with outstanding payments.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, technical specifications, client data, and project documentation. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability
